Daughter blames mother for global warming
By Dr. Paul Donohue
SPECIAL TO THE POST-DISPATCH
01/27/2010

Dear Dr. Donohue — My daughter complains that I flatulate more often than most individuals. Furthermore, she claims that the gas an individual passes contributes to global warming. I don't know if I am physically able to keep my gas to myself to go green. Is my daughter really right?

Mom needs to keep a BIC lighter close by, so whenever she farts she can touch off her farts, and mom and daughter can both enjoy the light show while burning off the methane. What's the problem?

I wonder of mom has too much of a passion for those breakfast burritos? WWWSssssooooooEEEEWWWWW!!!!

I always thought it was pretty nifty that farts smell, so the hearing challenged can also enjoy them.

my 8 year old and my 6 year old are going through that phase where they find bodily functions and noises funny.

It is my hope they will outgrow it as most adults I know have.

Come on Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Please tell me you at least play pull-the-finger with the nephews?

We have an attorney here at the office who is more of an ultra-conservative-no fun-christian than you and even he will rip one off at times and laugh about it.

Live life, fart more often

Didn't say anything about how I respond to my kids fascination. Sometimes I participate and sometimes, when there are more than just them and me present, I admonish. The grown ups don't find it all that funny, is all I'm sayin' ... I can't speak for your attorney friend.

The mom said " I don't know if I am physically able to keep my gas to myself." So where do they go when you hold them in?
