Look for the Friars to challenge for this year's Trinity League title. Strong senior leadership along with very talented underclassmen Emanuel Dean (UCLA commit), Alec Rath (LMU), and Garret Guillemette (Oregon). The Friars opened the Loara Tournament yesterday with a 10-1 defeat of LB Wilson.

6-1 Servite currently #5 in the latest CIF-SS rankings; #10 in the L.A. Times Southland baseball rankings.

Is there a reason Mater Dei has yet to play a game?

(9-1) Servite up to #2 in latest CIF-SS D1 Poll.

UCLA commit Emanuel Dean '19 hit two HR's in comeback win over Corona Santiago yesterday.

Shout out also to Servite Volleyball, ranked #8 in CIF-SS D1

I remember my first home run! I didn't flip the bat like that. Back in the day, you would get a 90 MPH pitch at your chin. Frustrated football fan?

Servite had bases loaded with one out in the top of the 7th, down 5-3, when the game ended with a double-play. Two very close losses this week, both to nationally ranked teams per MaxPreps (#6 Valley Christian, San Jose, CA; #10 IMG, Bradenton, FL). Trinity League should be great this year.

It's up to the Monarchs to take down IMG in football and represent SoCal H.S. sports....

After the first week of Trinity League play it looks like top teams are in South County. Santa Margarita completed a 3 game sweep of Mater Dei and Jserra took 2 out 3 from Servite.

Servite bounces back this week, taking the first two of three against SM. Looking for a sweep at home on Friday.

Servite takes three from SM last week. Big series this week against OLU, also 4-2 in Trinity League play thus far.
