That's the thing, Trump doesn't want to address the problem. It's an issue he can run with so the worse it is the better for him

Re: Some polling nuggets

Well, some reasons are gerrymandering, voter suppression, refusing to vote on SC nominees for a year, the constant stream of falsehoods and fear-mongering from right-wing "news' outlets, the constant stream of lies from the president, and the lack of intelligence of many Republican voters to r...

His conflating his Grandfather with his father born in Germany and his inability to say origin are troubling.

Re: First Charges filed by Mueller

Luca, why are you so dismissive of the documented behavior and actions of this president? He has lowered the bar so far I have trouble believing reasonable people can just accept it.

I shouldn't have to list the examples of what I'm talking about to anybody who's paying the least bit of attention.

And what did those investigations not have in common? That would be indictments and convictions. You are comparing apples to oranges.

Re: First Charges filed by Mueller

So Mueller splits the baby and punts. Then Trump's justice department decides not enough to prosecute. I still don't think this thing is over.

Re: "the inevitable disaster that will be the Trump Administration"

We're straying a little off topic here but I agree with Newsome. Our criminal justice system is good, but not nearly good enough to be killing people. Not to mention we haven't actually carried out an execution since 2006, so nobody's dying anytime soon anyway, and death row is expensive. Back to ou...

Re: "the inevitable disaster that will be the Trump Administration"

It's a precedent the country will regret, not dems or repubs, everybody. The good thing is the House can take a vote to overrule his declaration. Then the senate, by law, must then make a similar vote, no matter how much McConnell tries to drag his feet, it's the law. That would be great to make eve...

Re: Trump's speech?

It is hard to listen to, I was glad I got to work and had to turn off the radio. There is this little thing called credibility, and once it's gone, it's gone, and Donald's has been gone a long time. He tells his lies, like the amount of drugs coming into the country via ports of entry versus open bo...
