Fordama wrote:Yes, and those students can grow up and have their own political opinions.

Why do you hate freedom? Why do you hate our way of life so much?

Fordama
He clearly lacks the understanding of the guiding principles involved in our nation's founding.

So are the students they teach and IMO they deserve better then to taught by a communist, a Nambla Member, a Nazi, a felon or even Chairman Mao the murderer. Once again I point out that you didn't answer any questions. How very typical of you. The first rule of liberals is never ever answer a direc...

Re: President Obama's SOTU Speech - Opinions

So when Bachmann pushed for a constitutional amendment in Minnesota to ban gay marriage she was striving for smaller government? :eh?: Was John Boehner "striving" for smaller government when he cast the following votes: Voted YES on restricting bankruptcy rules. Voted NO on allowing human embryonic...

Yes, for CRA loans. When Clinton pushed Fannie to lower their lending standards in 1999 for social housing goal reasons, more non-CRA loans were made to low-income people in order to help achieve the government's low-income housing goals. There were conservatives pushing FM/FM to expand their lendi...

You have no idea what you are talking about. No surprise there. Just because I don't post my research, doesn't mean I didn't do it. I have followed the freak's career since the clinnochio days. I'd be interested in knowing what you uncovered that would cause such a visceral reaction. From what I se...

Re: Debra Saunders: Please don't call this innovation

The federal government can be pretty efficient at producing results, only when it has a clear cut possible objective in mind. Dams, bridges and canals didn't need a whole bunch of inotative technology to get started, nor did the interstae highway system. The Manhatten Project was based on a proven ...

Re: Asian-American lawmakers demand Limbaugh apology

Given that people listen to Limbaugh for politics. People who listen to NPR for the same amount of time would hear about local, national, and international news, plus the arts and sciences, one would expect Limbaugh listeners to be more familiar with politics. But then, Daily Show watchers beat the...

I'm not sure what this means. I pointed out he is not a reliable source for news in that he's an entertainer first.

I've never opposed drilling in ANWR. I'm opposed to the demand for subsidies by the oil companies and their demand for indemnification from environmental damages as a result of their drilling.

After the BP disaster, the reasons are obvious.

$400 million 8 year contract, and plenty of people believe he has very "reputable political observation."
I would expect nothing less from him.

It doesn't change the fact that he is an entertainer.

I thought it interesting that Obama's speech was positive, the GOP response was doom and gloom. Bachman's response was incoherent.

Pretty much. I rarely watch Fox News during prime time for that reason. Beck, O'Reilly, and Hannity. None of them report the news.

I was watching tape of a broadcast by Harry Reasoner a couple of weeks ago.

Thinking that type of news person is long gone.
