I'm really interested in where Ghogh and Porkchop are getting their optimism. It would be a tall order for this Servite team to go 4-1 with this preseason. If you guys win two of those games I'd say you have a very competent first time head coach.

One more thing - the bagpipes are Troy's idea - Crespi never had them before he was head coach. Snap drills have been a Celt trademark since 1964, though.

My two cents is that it was never about money. I think Thomas left Crespi and got a pay cut when he went to Servite. I've followed Servite's rise. While next year could be a giant ?, I would tend against optimism. Servite was in tough times before TT. We will see if, as some have suggested, he benefited from good timing talent-wise upon his arrival in 2005, but I doubt it. Even if there is tons of talent returning...
