EUREKA!!!!! I found it.

Post by Parrotpaul » Mon Apr 01, 2013 10:38 am

I'm giving into my sentimental side and sharing it...a brash move for anyone on this board. The 1962 Ed Dmytryk film, "Walk on the Wild Side" has one of the most memorable intro credit sequences ever, and, for some reason, it had never been available on youtube or any place else I searched. Apparently that has changed...here is one of the great musical "film noir" intros...this film and "Love With the Proper Stranger" sort of wrapped up that era....here is the great visual backed by the Elmer Bernstein score....I've added the Brook Benton vocal vocal. Enjoy.... [BBvideo 425,350][/BBvideo]

This is one of my all-time favorite short films...I would like some of your feedback about the film and about what you saw and heard. It really is worth a look/see.

Cool! My kitty cat has a sound track. I'll have to rig up some speakers for her.
Don't look at me, I just work here.
