We could talk about how Obama's version of trickle down economics is an abject failure. Or we could talk about how democrats are repeating the same mistake made during FDR's time. Or we could talk about how dems are helping make the 1% richer.

You're choice.

It's not just Obama's version of trickle down econ. It's everyone's version of trickle down theory.

Reagan's and Bush's versions of trickle down econ would not have worked without them tripling and doubling the national debt respectively.

Corporate entities are sitting on record amounts of cash while earning record profits. If trickle down econ worked as advertised, we would be at full employment.

That is clearly not the case.
They told me if I voted for Hillary Clinton the president would be emotional, impulsive, and unpredictable. They were right. I voted for Hillary Clinton and got a president that is emotional, impulsive, and unpredictable.

The only reductions in unemployment percentages have been kicking people off unemployment roles.
Next month should see unemployment drop past the 5% limit.. And the jobs "created" in December was a paltry 74,000... Stop the presses...

CBS says:
National Debt has increased more under Obama than under Bush

So how come Obama's economic program is an abject failure? He's right up there in adding debt like Reagan and Bush did...

In terms of nominal debt CBS is correct. In terms of the percent amount they are wrong.

In order for Obama to utilize debt as the same rate as Reagan, the debt would have to be about $33T (or about double than now), by the time he leaves office.

That lower job growth couldn't have anything to do with what actual business groups are blaming it on, could it?

Hint: It starts with a capital "C".
