Better than any Beatles song

Post by Notorious » Fri Mar 25, 2011 11:14 am

Happy Friday, and yes this is a repost but I don't care. It is far too awesome not to listen to all day every Friday.

Whenever I'm in the shower I sing this song, and then when I get out of the shower I run around my apartment naked singing it, busting out awesome dance moves that would make Michael Jackson jealous.

If you're doing it while naked, I doubt there would be much ELSE that would make him jealous.

But your thread title, "Better than any Beatles Song" isn't much of a stretch: Most every song IS...

Harsh Beatles hate, not that I disagree a lot of it was garbage.

They did make a line that I use all the time when I'm lifting weights at the gym.

So I get a pass on the "much ELSE that would make him jealous" comment?

You're too kind.

While I'm not a huge Beatles fan, I do like While My Guitar Gently Weeps.

One of the few George Harrison tunes.
They told me if I voted for Hillary Clinton the president would be emotional, impulsive, and unpredictable. They were right. I voted for Hillary Clinton and got a president that is emotional, impulsive, and unpredictable.

But the best Harrison tune has always been "Something." The bride and I danced to that tune as our first dance as Mr. and Mrs. 31 years ago in May.

As fine an instrumentalist as has ever picked a Rickenbacker.

I must agree about "Something."

"Friday," not so much. Mediocre at best IMO. It's totally subjective. If Noto digs it, more power to him.

Dude, this is mind numblingly awful at best.

And that's what makes it so great. Rebecca Black's lyricist > anything Lennon/McCartney put out.

You are entitled to your opinion. It's pretty silly, in my opinion. We can agree to disagree.

Opinions are what people think, what I've said on this thread is all fact.

Come on. "Rebecca Black's lyricist > anything Lennon/McCartney put out" is opinion, not fact.
