Bulked all summer to gain some muscle, up to 185.

Starting to cut again about 3 weeks back and down to 179, looking to get down to 165-160.

I can't do that, if I'm not super strict, I'll just say (term I like to refer to myself as) it.

I only have 4 things I eat right now on any given day

1. oatmeal or eggs/egg whites
2. protein shake
3. Beef Jerky
4. turkey meatballs

and sometimes vegetables thrown in.

Having bad metabolism sucks.....would you rather have bad metabolism (which you clearly have) or
brown eyes?

1. bad metabolism for sure

2. My metabolism isn't that bad I can get a 4 pack fairly easy and maintain it through drinking twice a week and eating fast food a couple days a week. I can't get a six pack though and it infuriates me. Right now I look average because of the bulk 2-3 months and I will be decently fit.
