Favorite snack!

Postby Red » Thu Jun 14, 2012 11:57 am

It weird how you love a certain snack, forget about it for awhile then reconnect.

Peanut butter on celery! I'm addicted.

Sorry Red but that doesn't even sound very good.

How about a fine aged extra sharp cheddar with a nice Granny Smith apple.
Thought for the day:
We are always hearing about how Social Security is going to run out of money.
How come we never hear about Welfare running out of money?

I also know that to be true about pickle juice. Try a banana before running. If you are going to have a banana, make a banana and peanut butter sandwich.

I recently got back into pistachios. Sunflower seeds are too tedious being small and all that. I musta been gone for awhile, those things are damn expensive. Thank goodness for Costco ...

Sunflowers are the best thing to eat when you are exhausted but HAVE to drive... Eating them keeps you busy and from falling alseep (not intended for young drivers)

That's funny. I hadn't eaten that for about 20 years, and I, too, started back on them just a few weeks ago. I like mine with chunky.

The same thing happens to me. My wife complains because I can eat the same thing for a month or more and then we stock up on it and I lose interest. Right now I am not addicted to anything, but a year or so ago I loved nu-shelled peanuts late in the afternoon. I also got into peanut butter on celery.
