Ever been to the Heart Attack Grill in Chandler, Arizona. It alone is worth the road trip.

Baconator Triple

A premium bun filled with three 1/4 lb. fresh, never frozen patties. Piled high with Applewood smoked bacon, mayo, ketchup, and sliced American cheese all made to order. It's enough to make your mouth water.

Calories: 1330
Fat: 86 G
Protein: 90 G
Carbohydrates: 47 G

This **** will kill you!

The calories is what kills you, not to mention that this is just the actual hamburger not including fries or a drink. Even when taking off the bun, mayonnaise, and ketchup it's 1100 calories. Not to mention the fats aren't good fats. The body can only absorb about 50 g protein in one sitting (more or less 50g protein/hour). So 40g of that protein is wasted.

If you mean this literally, you must mean the next day.

I recommend renting the DVD "Food Inc." It's a pretty good reality check.

I watched the new show called "Food Revolution" with Jamie Oliver, it was pretty enlightening - and embarrassing, that us, as Americans have trashed our diets.
