Diced ham or prosciutto
Pesto - about a tablespoon for every two eggs
Scramble and sprinkle with Parmesan. Quick, simple and tasty.
Green-ness depends a lot on the color of the yolks, though. We usually get very fresh eggs with especially orange yolks, so they come out kind of grey, but standard grocery store eggs come out pretty green.
