So Mater Dei continues to be the most dominant high school football program in Orange County.

Nice try, Senor Wiles. Your attempted thread-jacking will be dealt with in the most severe manner by our mod ED(Euro-Deadbeat)Greek. But please keep picking MD in the Pool with Rod and you'll be without a crown (like MD) for 12 years too.

I had no problem with him as an OC football poster

just a suggestion but moderator/poster may be too difficult a balancing act

Since you are including sports that "don't count." How many CIF Surfing titles does Huntington Beach have? San Clemente?

Another backhand at my lowly Swordsman. St. Paul won the Western division in 2007 and was a missed 32 yd FG from the playoffs last year. It is well known that St. Paul demographics have hurt attendance and hence it competes against like sized(non PAC5) schools.

Rod, your attempt to deflect MD's declining football fortunes by questioning my school loyalty is weak. Sorry if being a fan of Servite as well bothers you so much. :eh?:

In the last 12 years MD has made the Finals & Semi's in Pac5/Divsion 1...They also hold the record for consecutive appearances in the CIF playoffs in the Top Football Division...In the last 12 years the school you've hitched your bandwagon on was getting bounced out of Golden West League and Division BFE playoffs

Bottom Line...I'm a proven supporter of my Monarch's...Up or down...Thick or thin...I'm down with the Three Stripes...I'm merely pointing out that with out you telling me...I would have never known you went to St. Paul...In fact I would have sworn you attended Servite...A school who has no lost love for The Pit...Your bandwagon hitched to the Friar Nation bothers me as much as a fart in the wind

Talk about joining the bandwagon, who would of thought a St. Paul guy rooting for Servite, especially after those brutal games in the 70's. Those were epic games and nasty on both sides. I guess it's cats and dogs living together.

Next he will probably jump on the Amat bandwagon now that their football program is on the way up again. Blue and Gold wardrobe change for the coming year.
