Oh La Habra, how naive you are.
There is nothing uglier in this world than a parent riding on the success of their child.
Re: La Habra - Bosco
How bad does this make OLU performance's last week? How is OLU down 24-8 to LH? Hope you're ready for league Lancers. Hope you're ready for the Friars.
Nice work Braves.

In no way do I think La Habra was at their best tonight, nor do I think that they cant hang with some of the best. I just think this just proves that this is what happens when you play in tough leagues, play tough games week in, week out. Soreness, injuries etc. You said it greek, ZERO energy. SJB looked too good tonight.

I thought Bosco would bring more people then they did.....Haroof wrote:

If nothing else, the next month or so is going to make for some interesting internet messageboarding concerning which 3 Trinity teams make the playoffs...

Bosco just came off a pummeling at the hands of Loyola. The physicalness of the Trinity League games week in and week out is what makes it Special. A team can play one Trinity team close and delude themselves into thinking they can hang. But Trinity leagues teams have to strap it up for the Holy Wars for 5 consecutive weeks and then limp into the playoffs hoping they can draw. The #3 or 4 Moore league team just to get a breathercali_cronic220 wrote:In no way do I think La Habra was at their best tonight, nor do I think that they cant hang with some of the best. You're right. LH looked tired, beaten, and completely out of sync. Before kick off.
How many bad snaps did the center have? Delay of game penalties?
SJB is good. But not THAT good. They'll have trouble with the power running game. Their playmakers are probably right at the top of the league.
1 very, very good team will beout of the playoffs.
