JSerra #14 in the state

It is funny how so many said, less than a handful of seasons ago JSerra shouldn 't even be playing football, let alone in the Trinity League.. Should be a fun season.

Definitely the Trinity League sleeper but quite honestly who have they played yet? Sure Chino Hills is a decent public school program but certainly not Trinity League caliber, which is the argument I had with some of the other folks on here. Should be a good test this week so hopefully they come to play. I'm a supporter and I wish them luck as I have a friend with a starter on the team but the dust wont really start to settle for about another month.

Just talkin' about a couple of years ago and what folks were saying. I would be concerned how they start the game. They have not yet come out of the gates strong.

I feel pretty good about my Coaching Staff rankings on that thread... I put J Serra as the # 4 rated staff over the last 5 years... I put Mission as the most overated staff... I based my rankings on who has done the most with the least, and who has done the least with the most.... (talent that is)...

Oh boy we get to hear more of that really obnoxious "LION NATION" this year. The worst announcers in all of high school sports.

John if you have any pull in the booth see if you can get it changed.

Any good deals on tile?

JSerra has built itself up nicely. Its good to see. Just makes the Trinity league stronger. JSerra is not an automatic W in league. Trinity league is going to be awesome this year.

" JSerra is not an automatic W in league. "

Servite certainly learned that last year when they went on a Lion hunt and found the Lion; or in actuality, the Lion found them.

Obviously early and Friday will be a true test, but I continue to be amazed by what this staff accomplishes season after season. Definitely not an easy task to build a program as a "start up" in Trinity. Agreed - every TL game is a must watch this season!
