Week 1: Chandler (Arionza)
Week 2: @Bingham (Utah)
Week 3: @ Bellevue (Washington)
Week 4: Long Beach Poly (California)
Week 5: Servite (California, shoulda been Bosco in there)
Week 6: Paramus Catholic (New Jersey)

That's a nice looking schedule!

Servite brings a ton of people to Vegas and the crowd gets energetic. Gorman fans are on record that our crowd is the best they've seen. I think that's motivating them to keep scheduling us more so than the competitiveness of the game.

Servite brought Best crowds back in 2011. They used to pack Cerritos college too.

By the end of last year, barely 90 fans showed up to the JSerra game

So, what you are saying is Servite brings a crowd (gate money), the name (Trinity school), but no real threat of beating Gorman?

Sounds like a no brainer for Gorman. And Servite gets what?

How did this become a bashboard for Servite? I thought we were talking about BG's schedule (which I still don't know how it got on the OC board but whatever)

Well, they have a new coach too. Yeah it's the brother, but still a different person. We'll see if little brother can fill big brother's shoes at BG.

Thanks for the update Lion. Which casino are we going to meet up at for the Gorman game?

Still some uncertainty about the date (Sept 25) because DLS is showing us up in Concord on the same week.

I believe Chandler is a week 1 game. Bingham in week 2, Bellevue in week 3, Poly week 4 and Servite in week 5. Servite will play De la Salle in week 4. Maybe that explains the discrepancy?

No, the article says that Chandler is August 28, week 0. It further states that Poly game is September 18th, and that Servite is the following week which would be September 25th, week #4.

The article could be wrong, but it does give specific dates, while DLS doesn't, so far.

But there is a Twitter post from Gormans qb with the schedule and while it doesn't use dates, it does use the order of the games. It lists the games by weeks with chandler as a week 1 game. Who knows

I'm not sure that Nevada uses the week 0 terminology like California does, but if they do, they usually had a game the week before our week 0. For example, we played them on Aug 28 last year, which was our week 0, but they had already played Brophy prep on Aug 22. Maybe Aug 22 is their week 0, which would mean our week 0 was their week 1.

I think it's Nevada betting line ploy to throw of the bettors. IDK

Still no answer about the fact that both DLS and Bishop Gorman think they are playing us in the same week.

Here is the Gorman schedule showing the game as Sept 25th:

Here is De La Salle's supposed schedule showing the game is week #4:

http://forums.delphiforums.com/n/main.a ... 2019008213

Isn't week #4 Sept 25th?

Something definitely seems wrong there. All indications are that the DLS game and Gorman games are schedules for the same date according to the other school's schedules. Unless Servite made a bonehead mistake, that can't possibly be. According to dls' schedule they play OLU the week before they play Servite and they play Olu on the 9/19 according to Olu's schedule. That would mean Servite olays dls on the following weekend, which would conflict with the bishop Gorman schedule which has Servite playing Gorman on 9/25. Very strange.

Jesus Christ, guys, it's March. There are more high school football websites out of date and messed up right now than there are ones that are accurate. If you're so concerned with a schedule that's still six months away, why don't you call the darned school? You're sure not going to get it fixed here.
