TESORO: congrats on another QB gift from MV

Unread postSat Jul 16, 2016 9:12 am

Heard from a scout that "Chase Peterson" is looking like the real deal over at Tesoro. Why'd he leave MV? Is the Mater Dei transfer that good? Maybe McDonald fits their "system" like Brock did. Anticipate history repeating itself this year with the better QB at MV leaving to Tesoro, and getting the big scholarship (just like Modster)...must be the trend. Early D1 offer about to land at Tesoro. Chase Peterson throwing to Shane Coleman will be a hard thing to stop. Congrats on another outstanding QB Tesoro (Poston be sure to send Bob flowers)

Anyone watch Tesoro enough to know why the offense isn't clicking? Safe to assume Modster was carrying that team on his back the last two years? They were right there with MV the last two years, but not looking like that will be the case next week.

The logjam continues. Nobody had a perfect score in week five. 10 contestants went 4 – 1 last week, four went 3-2 and Sir Charles takes honors with a 2-3 week. Special recognition for Tommy Trojan who I think was the only one who picked Notre Dame over Tesoro.

25 – 5

24 – 6

23 – 7
Templar 83

22 – 8
MDDad (jumping all the way up to seventh place. Now in competition for the Participation Award)

21.5 – 8.5
Dan Patrick (hurt himself by not picking for week five)

21 – 9
thebull
Professor Fate

20 – 10
Joefutball (too tied up on the Justin Bieber concert trail the last two weeks to make picks)

19 – 11
Sir Charles
hit the lights (no-show for week five)

18.5 – 11.5
bick
number 9

17.5 – 12.5
playing time
SCJ 60

17 – 13
red bull
King speed

15 – 15
Nose Guard

Remember that next week begins league contests and you have to give a point spread in addition to the winner I think we might have both preseason and league separate contests with the winners competing for the ultimate championship in the playoffs ................................Luca

in the week Tesoro has a bye, i might have to go with the bye...not sure if they can get that week right either with their performance last week as the qualifier ...
and if the bye week has any kind of passing attack, might have to go with them when it is El Toro's turn.

ET looked good first couple series, had good size upfront, just no one to cover Osborne and they did not adjust coverage to free up another defender. One man to beat and he always separated and BigMac is just to good to give that opportunity to on multiple occasions. Even 2nd team same thing. But with strong ground game I guess ET DC just felt lessor of two bad options...

Luca,I do get a guilty pleasure out of your posts, it is like watching a fat woman in the gym. Got to applaud the effort but have to remind myself to hide the laughs.

I predict BJ does another fake "knee-down" in the final seconds only to throw it in the end zone for the final score...
