FYI. Ran into an SM player who says: “Trillian Harris will not be returning to SM next year. He’s flunking his classes, so coach benched him.”

FLOWE is the real deal and might be better than Solo who came from Clairmont a year ago

I would be surprised to see Harris pan out. I saw him in person several times last year, he can't read the field, he is not a runner and he is a me type of guy not so much of a team guy...

Maybe this Harris kid could end up at Servite. Currently he is not practicing with the team at SM. Costelli and Bane are the QBs running the offense this spring.

Has he been vetted?

Interesting on Funa, should be out for the year but he is walking around with just a semi-hard brace
on the injured knee just several days ago apparently,no crutches...

I don't believe his surgery is scheduled until next week...

OK, just interesting that he is walking pretty normal except for wearing the soft
type brace on the knee.

Don't think so. We're going with Leuta Ulu out of the Wildcat, with some Jumbo Bone thrown in.

No, Professor, you don't. Besides the options listed above, There are two other options that I know of.

1. The incoming freshman from the OC Buckeyes, and
2. A very good dual threat QB who did not play football last year, but, it appears that he may play this year. (He's also a very good CB, and kick and punt returner). Stay tuned.
