MD has three starters out, actually four if you count Funa, Ricks in street clothes,
What happen with Ricks?

This is still anyone's game. MD getting the penalty fever again, will be their downfall.
DLS seems a lot more versatile in their offense this year.

DLS is beating themselves a hell of a lot more than MD is beating them, 3 out of the 4 TD's MD has scored, have been off of DLS turnovers, and it's amazing how MD is still great even without those starters playing tonight.

Well, MD did it again; back to back national champion. What was the attendence like?
Stadium seemed only half full? No after game coverage on field like Foxsports coverage.

MD returns 8 of the 11 D starters plus backups that have started, even tonight!
7 of 11 O starters return next year,

I read about 5,000 somewhere...not sure how many DLS fans made the trip

Which category does spitting in your opponents face fall under? Pride, poise, or courage?

A bit off topic, but since the Heisman trophy was presented tonight --

Kyler Murray doesn't have the arm strength and can't make the throws that JT Daniels, Josh Rosen or even DJ can make. Re-Al Mitchell is a much better QB than Kyler Murray.

Kyler shoulda played baseball where he was a high draft pick for sure.

Wow Mater Dei put 35 points and over 400 total yards on the vaunted Spartans defense that shut out Folsom ... and could have had another 100 yards and 10-14 points without continued bogus CIF officiating.

Which chapter of “When The Game Stands Tall” instructs Spartan players to punch their opponents in the face?

Let's see how he does against Alabama. I predict much sliding and panic. :D

I thought the game would be close, but, not because of the piss poor officiating.

The game was not that close. MD shut down the run. The officiating was absolutely horrible. Easily the worst game of the year. Give the zebras the state trophy.

Would love to see the film on some of the calls. Had MD been at full strength in defense and not had to beat DLS and the officiating crew it would have been a shutout.

Lot of top players on D coming back, especially if Ricks comes back, but they are graduating their best two DL (Salazar returns). Gotta have someone step up there to compete with Bosco. And they actually only return 5 offensive starters (4 OL and BY). Losing top skill on O at RB, WR, TE (Bru, Harper, Dollars, Martinez, Gardner).

Absolutely NO WAY they’ll be able to fill those holes with new gu...LOL OK yeah they’ll probably figure something out
