2/10

Maybe in 40 or 50 years, bud. I know how important having the last word is to you, so go ahead... just make it more clever than that.

@Kupp to avoid being handed a citation from the "Thread Police" you may want to move this post to the "Coaching Changes" thread..... :giggle:

That rumor is starting to get stale and old. "a kid from a private school in the valley".. You'd think it would have happened by now. The longer it goes on, the less likely..for this one.

I will say..., buried somewhere in a Sondy Tweet was this..., Dylan Gebbia QB (Brother of former Calabasas and Oregon State QB Tristan Gebbia) has RETURNED to Bishop Alemany where he played as a freshman. :eh?:

So the miller told alemany coaches he was leaving to md. So the alemany coaches reached out to gebbia to ask him to come back. That was over xmas break. Well b4 school started back up miller moss was ready to enroll only to find out md would not allow him to graduate early. Bruce is trying to push it thru but right now md is giving bruce a hard no about "renting" a qb for a couple months.

In basketball I would get this... St. Bernard has an enrollment of just 185 students....

its really bizarre, especially for guys like Siale Suliafu. He doesnt really have any offers and playing in the trinity league can only help him.

I was stunned when i heard he was leaving. He could start at Bosco.

St. Bernard is definitely gonna have all their transfers under a microscope with the amount of kids coming from JSerra.

If all these talented kids are leaving is Jserra gonna be like SM now in terms of at the bottom?

Not unless the reason behind all this is that the new coaches have better recruits on the way....

I suspect a lot of the issues that may have been going on at JSerra are leaving to places like St. Bernards. School will be better off without them.

St. Bernards is barely open-they are trying the sports/football model to save the school. A charlatan like Douglas isn't the way to fix it though.

This is absolutely, unequivocally 100% true. The negative elements of the program have exited the program. It took a couple extra players with it, but these changes had to happen.

I fear that the St Bernards transfers in particular may be headed for ineligibility if Douglas shows up.

San Juan Capistrano to Playa Del Rey? ...and moved as a group? C’mon, even the CIF can figure this one out.

You really think they would hand the keys to a Ferrari to somebody that has never driven? I have nothing against the kid but it would just defy all logic.
