If i recall, no name was originally disclosed for any of the kids. It wasn't until later Donovan Ford was mentioned. And it was speculated to be Dixon because it was "a WR who was good last year and was a '21."

The GA kid was never mentioned. I think i said I hope it wasn't Arik Gilbert because he's a monster.

yeah I just saw the story Sondy wrote on this Senior transfer coming from Faith Lutheran in Vegas, ILB lead the team in tackles last year. oh wait no there was no story that's right that's only for MD transfers kickers included..

Bosco also just picked up another big Freshman transfer not sure of his name but saw the post where he was with the Jarius kid making his big announcement. I think that might be 20 now. It's clear their coaches must feel they can't win unless they clearly have the best team and even then it's questionable. Well at lea =D> st all the young guys can lock down JV spots =D>

I dont know if it is 20 transfers but clearly not all of them are starting.
They have had 3 NG's and 5 linebackers transfer in. Not sure what defense Kinger is trying to run next year. :eh?:

The kid you saw Jairus with is a QB, big Samoan kid, clearly he is not being brought in to replace DJ is he.

I love when HS kids announce that they are transferring one Twitter. Absolute insanity. My favorite part is, "I would never trade the 3 years at Faith I had with all of you..." Actually that is exactly what you did, kiddo. You just traded those 3 years to join Bosco. I'm sure your friends (that you consider family) are super happy about your decision.

They are just kids. Let them be. Can't really blame some of them for leaving.

After the Giants rejected Rollo’s offer of #1 and #3 In N Out combo meals, two (tooth)picks, a free safety (kit) and box of rosary beads in exchange for Odell Beckham Jr, he was forced to settle for two high school WR transfers.

Talks had already broken down for the Julio Jones trade on Rollo and Tia Meza’s trip to Atlanta, so they swung over to Marietta, dropped some cash on the locals and brought back a 6’2” slot wideout on Air Monarch. Picked up the 7’4” 520lb OL mentioned (and his family) while refueling in Texas. Cristian Dixon met them on the tarmac at John Wayne and they hopped into the Monarch Sprinter Van on the way back to “Hollywood.”

It’s fun to mock the wannabe Adam Schefters here twisting in the wind with their “facts.” But seriously, word to the wise to those of you who are so vampire thirsty for a few Mater Dei transfers to discuss/bash alongside the battalion of Bosco’s new starters: hold off on the embarrassing false statements of confidence about what is definitely is going to happen. You can just say “rumor has it.” Most of us take these unconfirmed reports with a heavy pour of salt anyway. As I’ve said before, this is not the only source of info.

No one is breaking news in saying that some transfers are going to come and go from Mater Dei. That wouldn’t be breaking news if it was 1989.

No one in the country is likely to catch up to Bosco, especially since it appears they have no limit this year and will do whatever it takes to beat MD. But the rest of the League and much of the Southern Section/Narbonne will receive a share in due time, and us high school message board geeks will be here for the witty banter and horrified reactions.

Santa Margarita is getting a QB transfer from Corona Centennial. 6-4 200 lefty junior to be recently checked out. This will be his third school in three years. Came from Utah before that.

You forgot "The rumor has it" part. For instance, if I said Cristian Dixon is in school and attending classes at MD, that would be an incomplete statement. Now, If I said Rumor has it Cristian Dixon is in school and attending classes at MD my grade would improve. Got it?

Thanks for the name drop, like i said, he was non existant vs la habra. Guess CP3 was just that good! :notworthy:
Didnt get any points till late in the game, and for overall stats, Valley WHO and South Hills big games, does that count?
This could be part of the varsity blues indictment ? National recruit? Go get em MD.

hit the lights...your saying he is not a national recruit?

Cristian Dixon is a sophomore will 11 offers including Notre Dame he is clearly a national recruit.
He has been killing the camp circuit as one of if not the top Jr to be according to the the Guru's (Adam gorney, greg biggins, etc...) doesnt hurt when he routed about Darrion Green a few times.

Hit the sauce has apparently picked up a weakness in the kid's game these college clowns overlooked. It appears the young man's two remaining years at the high school level are likely be a bust. Too bad, he seems like a nice kid.

I was? Well, who would have guessed that? I'll have to tell the person who told me, but then she'll just want to know if I've told anyone about the rumor Donovan Ford is in school and attending classes at Md. Maybe I'll just let it alone...

No, don’t stop there ... while you’re telling her about how you snuck past MD campus security and tracked Ford and Dixon into the Grotto, you could also whisper to her that you saw them sitting next to a still jetlagged Kobe Stewart (a name I’m SURE you were already familiar with).

Then your gossip girl “grade” would skyrocket and she’ll think you’re the most popular boy she knows. We defintely won’t tell her that you were just passing along the latest local scuttlebooty ...

Oh boy, you didn't use the phrase " rumor has it " regarding the jet-lagged comment. Your ration of salt for that unconfirmed report is hereby reduced.

No but I’ll be on bleacher duty in the old gym after I pour 26 ounces of Morton Iodized on these shirt and shorts “reports” about Darion Green-Warren getting “exposed” and “routed about” by Cristian Dixon. Wouldn’t be right to tell anyone that’s some BS straight out of Fantasyland. Nor should I mention that DGW put the clamps on Dixon, 5 star Johnny Wilson and an Ohio St commit from Washington (Gee Scott) among others last weekend at the adidas West Coast regional tournament that his team won, en route to being named the best player at said skeleton showcase. Rumor, my eyeballs and Greg Biggins/247 have it Shhh ...

Now if anyone wants to talk about Gary Bryant having gotten a little underwear Olympics-style revenge on the nations #1 DB Elias Ricks in 1 on 1s at the LA Nike camp last month, that’s another story. But then again Pads Elias just scored another pick 6 ...
