Michael Avenatti was pulled out of a California courtroom by Federal agents and flow on a government jet to New York City and locked up in the same cell that El Chapo used during his trial in NYC.
Michael Avenatti jailed in isolated unit that held El Chapo. It’s ‘for his own safety,’ warden says.

He's charged with demanding as much as $25 million from the sports apparel giant Nike while threatening to expose alleged misconduct within the company. Do the Feds think Avenatti's life is in danger from Nike? Or is something going to come out?
