are the networks still covering Donald's daily ****shows live

Unfortunately they pull big ratings and that trumps propriety

Leaked audio of Navy Secretary Thomas Modley's speech to the sailors of the Roosevelt saying their commander was "stupid or naive" to think that his letter wouldn't be leaked.
Modley resigns.

This never ends...you would think that at least once in a great while, the law of averages would assert itself and he would appoint someone thoughtful, measured and competent who doesn't step into such an important job with pre-damaged credibility...

Incoming Press Secretary's Coronavirus Dismissals Mirrored Trump's

Like her new boss, incoming White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany has a history of downplaying the coronavirus. McEnany, the current national press secretary for President Donald Trump's reelection campaign, will soon step into a new role as the White House's chief spokeswoman. A familiar face for cable news viewers, McEnany's commentary on the global pandemic has lagged behind the warnings of public health experts but been in lockstep with Trump's rhetoric.

“This president will always put America first. He will always protect American citizens. We will not see diseases like the coronavirus come here. We will not see terrorism come here. And isn’t that refreshing when contrasting it with the awful presidency of President Obama?” McEnany said on Fox News in late February.

Isn't that refreshing?

This is the person the president picks to convey critical information to the America people...just pitiful

We should just rename the WH Press Office the Ministry of Propaganda and be done with it

And on top of Modly spending 35 hours and $243,000 of our money to fly to Guam to demoralize the Roosevelt's sailors, he exposed himself to the virus and he's in isolation for two weeks. :L:

17 million have lost their jobs in the last three weeks.
We're going to win so much. You're going to get tired of winning. you’re going to say, ‘Please Mr. President, I have a headache. Please, don't win so much. This is getting terrible.’ And I'm going to say, ‘No, we have to make America great again.’ You're gonna say, ‘Please.’ I said, ‘Nope, nope. We're gonna keep winning.

Replace Fauci and Birx with a couple strippers and the ratings would be even higher. But the news conference's (sic) still wouldn't be useful. Narcissistic moron.

The Trump economy distilled in one photo.

You have no job. But stocks are great.

HAPPY GOOD FRIDAY TO ALL!

Damn, now I'm really missing the festive atmosphere of doing the Stations of the Cross and the parties afterward...

The adolescent-in-chief insists he has "total" authority while freely admitting "I don't take responsibility at all"...Rod Serling is spinning

22 million unemployment claims in the last month.
We’re going to win so much that you’re going to be sick and tired. You’re going to say, ‘Please, please, Mr. President, we’re sick and tired of winning. Please let us have at least one loss. It’s no longer exciting to win.’ And I’m going to say, ‘No way, we’re going to keep winning, and I don’t care if you like it or not.’

— Donald J. Trump, 2016
Who else is tired of winning?

Another day, another flip-flop...this is the "learn-what-doesn't-work-by-doing-it-and-watching-it-crash-and-burn" presidency

Monday he had "absolute" power with regard to reopening the economy...just 72 hours after that lead balloon, today it's "Call your own shots", so all those idiot protesters in Michigan and elsewhere got sold out just as they had found a cause celebre...albeit an idiotic one

Then, his former diehard Senate lap poodles Lindsey Graham and Mitch McConnell unceremoniously flushed his threat to adjourn Congress down the toilet...

Wonder how deep his reservoir of support will remain if he keeps making dumb pronouncements that he has to eat...his approval is already down 6 points from last month
