Re: ELECTION 2020
Wull yeah....
“I don’t get it,” the president said, venting confusion and frustration. “All these other Republicans, all over the country, they all win their races. And I’m the only guy that loses?”

Epoch Times...
Anyway, lets see if the courts play along with "Big Tech" did it.
More about the lawsuit the judge in Pennsylvania gave some daylight to
In their lawsuit, the Republicans assert that the 2019 state law, Act 77, allowing for mail-in voting — which passed with far more support among Republican state lawmakers than Democrats — is unconstitutional. The reforms allowing for mail-in voting were used in the June primary, as well. The suit Saturday to challenge approximately 2.5 million mail-in ballots that were predominantly cast by Democrats. They said the GOP-controlled state Legislature had failed to follow proper procedure when they voted last year to expand mail-in voting

I guess KRACKHENS also aren't know for their typing. Unedited copy&paste from Powell's Michigan filing:

Re: ELECTION 2020
OK if they've now settled on the argument that even the legislatures of the various states didn't have the authority to change election laws in their states that'd get it to the USSC for sure in one combining comprehensive case to overturn ALL the elections in ALL the states with mail-in voting. That would seem to be the ticket and the path to get it to the SCOTUS. It would then rest with the court to hand the election to Traitor straight up. And overturn the clear will of The People.

Re: ELECTION 2020
Just remember that:
- They're 38-1;
- Their lawyers are TV buffoons and not actual top-notch lawyers;
- Unless a state has a law that specifically says voting has to be done in person, mail-in is perfectly valid;
- Invalidating this election would likely invalidate previous elections and throw people out of office and that ain't gonna happen;
- Donald needs three states' elections to be invalidated;
- Pennsylvania's presidential vote is already certified and the case doesn't seek to un-certify it, so it only affects down-ballot races;
- Pennsylvania's legislative session ends Monday, so if they invalidate the law and the election, there will be nobody to write the new one. No judge is going to do that.

Seems like just yesterday (pre Jan. 2017) that we were subjected to a non-stop whinefest about the 10th Amendment.BostonDave wrote: ↑Thu Nov 26, 2020 9:12 am OK if they've now settled on the argument that even the legislatures of the various states didn't have the authority to change election laws in their states that'd get it to the USSC for sure in one combining comprehensive case to overturn ALL the elections in ALL the states with mail-in voting.
What changed?
This reminds me of how adamant the GOP was about giving the President line item veto authority. Until it was used by a Dem.
Stay loose, and be a little afraid.

Re: ELECTION 2020
In Bush v. Gore it was stated that it was a one time thing and not to be considered or used as precedent in any other case. A fine cobble job. Every justice is so steeped in enough legal and constitutional arcania and esoterica to be able to arrive at whatever decision they want to and make it sound eminently legally reasonable. No matter how ridiculous politically or socially. Scalia said there was no constitutional bar to executing an innocent man.
"No way" or "they wouldn't dare" isn't allowed. Although you did have some decent other arguments. They can all just be brushed away though if enough justices want to. Traitor will find a way to get it to them somehow some way. It's his last hope. And then they decide.

Re: ELECTION 2020
Reminder, here is your current acting Under Secretary of Defense for Policy put in place by Trump a week after the election.
You think Trump is leaving?
He will not concede a rigged election that was 100% rigged
You know how this movie ends.
