Matt Barkley to Arizona Cardinals
Matt Barkley to Arizona Cardinals
Hmm, never noticed this, apparently Barkley was signed by the Cardinals around the middle of
November, pretty much for insurance I'm guessing because of the Cardinals QB woes, hopefully
he'll get a chance to vie for the starter spot down the road, (next year most likely if they keep
him around)

Re: Matt Barkley to Arizona Cardinals
Barkley can't seem to make reads of the secondary at the NFL level. Every team he has played with, he throws interceptions. I don't know what keeps him around. I keep hearing reports of how football smart he is and he does have a good arm, but his game play doesn't match up.

It is interesting, cruiser, that that makes four players from Trinity League teams currently on the Arizona roster:
Barkley
Carson Palmer, another quarterback from Santa Margarita (USC)
Troy Niklas, a tight end from Servite (Notre Dame)
Max Tuerk, a center from Santa Margarita (USC)............Luca
