Loosely scheduled maintenance tonight

Post by John Q. Public »

Maybe around 10:00 or so.

It should take about 15 minutes and the board should be completely dead for about 5 of that. And then I'll be re-installing plug-ins and resyncing images and whatnot for half an hour or so. Unless something goes wrong, in which case it will take about an hour. But I'm not expecting that. I did a test run on another board this morning and I was surprised at how quickly it went.

Oh, no problem.

This was the update that normally takes the board out for an hour (or 3 hours if I'm doing it) but I figured out a way of doing it so it's only down for a few minutes. Now I just have to figure out a way of cutting the prep time down. It takes a long time to copy 22,000 files.
