Rumor has it that USC is interested in Mike Brown for the head coach position. Could be a good match,
interesting, no?

Could be an interesting match but most coaches who have been in the NBA dont like to drop back down to college just because of the hassles around recruiting and compliance. It is major hassle to have to deal with compared to the NBA. I have talked to Mike on more than a couple of occasions this year and he has said numerous times that he is enjoying just being a dad right now. Elijah is getting looks from schools like Butler and a few others, but more offers will surely come. His younger son will play Varsity football next year and is a very good looking lineman. One other thing, Mike has no reason to really do anything right away because he is still getting paid by the Lakers for the next 2 years...

Mke Hopkins would probably be the best choice...Asst at Syracuse but has local roots, played at MD and knows how to recruit very well...

Mike Hopkins is an outstanding young man and coach. I believe he is penciled in to take over when
Baheim retires at Syracuse.

It would be great if Mike relented if he is offered the job. One thing I know for sure, he was NOT the reason the Lakers lost all those games. Kobe is the cancer.regularbob wrote:Could be an interesting match but most coaches who have been in the NBA dont like to drop back down to college just because of the hassles around recruiting and compliance. Liberalism is like an out-of-control 5 year old at McDonalds. All the talking to and admonishment won't make a difference. They have no concept of right or wrong, they are nothing more than narcissists.
