Bosco is in LA County, not OC. No disrespect to DJ or the Braves. :D

Bryce is better than D.J. anyway... it will become more and more obvious every year going forward.

HTL, is that in any particular order? I understand your LH "fandom" and I am cool with that in supporting your guy but Garbers would be ahead of Zanelli and if you were not aware took MVP honors over the Trinity guy DJ at the NIKE OPEN ELITE 11 couple weekends ago.

I think Zanelli during/after this next season will pick up some better offers outside of Fordam, Liberty, Penn, and Yale. Garbers is already a Washington Huskie commit amongst the 5 other Pac 12 offers he had. Schools as far as Georgia and Miami were also on his offer list.

Good news for Zanelli is he just moved into the nations Top 50 at #47 on 247sports "Pro Style" QB list. Garbers sits way up the ranks at #11. Rivals list Garbers as the #12 ranked "Pro Style" QB in the nation. Zanelli is unranked.

Garbers is among the ELITE 11 QB's invited to the finals in Texas this summer. Here are the nations top QB's w/ 6 spots or invitations remaining.

If you rate performance under pressure, you would have to adjust the order.

And that order would be under what kind of pressure? Are we assuming all things are equal? All lines, all skilled players...?

DJ hadn’t thrown for months before the Elite 11, due to a nagging baseball injury. Garbers is solid, but please; a healthy DJ is >>> Garbers.

Ask 5 star athlete Billy Bean about pressure and his ability to perform. Some athletes perform better when the games are on the line, some don't. It takes a special athlete to be the best in his field. Many have the physical tools and some perform beyond their natural abilities in the BIG game.

SK80-
No doubt Garbers has all the medals and ratings on Rivals etc...
But WOW, how a QB like Zanelli could be so underrated. I would love to see a CDM vs LH game, with pads be played.
As always, it would come down to trenches, defense and special teams., All the nice shiny stuff is nice though and entertaining.

I remember a few years back, when LH played CDM in a passing game, down in Long Beach, the coach at CDM (Myers)
at the time called it early as they were getting beat bad, and out physical, he said this is BS, LH is playing too rough.
I thought to myself, wow! Nothing out of the ordinary here, just a little bump and run. But the MINDSET is different at LH. They love the underdawg role, coming from nothing, trying to be something. Kids from LH dont have alot, but are looking for a way out.

I don't think too many people consider La Harbra underdogs.

You are correct on the first 4 QB's after that its truly a tossup.

Costelli is #5? Hell he is not the best QB on his own team.

How is Fifita on the list?

How is SM QB even mentioned?

What about Trilan Harris?

Where is Trillian Harris? Is he still at MV?
Will he make position change?

Trillian Harris is being home schooled and is supposed to be back at MV for summer camp. His cryptic twitter posts might suggest otherwise.

Who's looking for some more of those shiny things? With all these divisions being moved around, D-3 looks primed for some good tough action! :fan:

It's truly a tossup but you proceed to dump on half the players listed? Ok.

Diesel17 wrote:Costelli is #5? Hell he is not the best QB on his own team.

Well, he's ranked higher by more than one recruiting service, so...

Diesel17 wrote:How is Fifita on the list?

I don't know... maybe because he won a national championship two years ago? Maybe because he was 10 for 14 for 150 yards and two TDs as a freshman? Why shouldn't he be on the list?

Diesel17 wrote:How is SM QB even mentioned?

Maybe because he's only a junior and he only threw five passes last year and already has a D1 offer?
