I don’t understand how it's lost on the pro-gun folks that the guy that shot the gunman was a trained officer. I’ve never heard the left’s argument against trained personnel having weapons and being hired for the duties they have an expertise in - volunteer or not.
This isn’t about a grandmother saving the congregation with her AR-15. The “heroes” were there for the specific reason the event called for.

And they ignore the fact that their argument says that it was perfectly reasonable for the shooter to have armed himself to attend church.

Six million Jews were murdered by the Nazis.

I guess it was also their time to go.

I have it on good authority that lot of these guns are just plain fed up with the government telling them where they can and cannot go

My God, they'll probably file a civil rights suit next. Somebody call the ACLU. Can guns dial phones?

Still waiting to hear the story on the shooter.

Seen today in Richmond, VA

GoPro , Ear protection , Comfy mittens?

John Lennon sunglasses and tie dye shirt

We're totally gonna own the libs (and stay hydrated until snack time)

Given the expense of the clothing and weaponry I have to believe there are no money problems in any of those households.

I wonder what the reaction would have been with a large group of well armed African American men. We know in CA it got laws passed prohibiting the possession of firearms in the State Capitol.

Signed into law by.........wait for it............Gov. Ronald Reagan

Same old rally, same old symbols, and the same old speeches. Then I thought about the new synergy under Trump. Trump really believes he saved the 2nd Amendment and right wing media will constantly reaffirm it. Trump would gladly accept some violence in his name and his followers would be willing martyrs. Dangerous times.

"Cherish and honor" sure, but do anything about it? Ha! Yeah right.
According to an analysis of data provided by Gun Violence Archive, roughly 2,641 kids 18 and younger have been killed with guns since the Parkland shooting on February 14, 2018. That figure excludes most suicides, those killed in police-involved shootings, and those who were killed in the course of fatally wounding someone else.

We estimate that we’re missing nearly 2,000 school-age children from GVA’s count of kids killed since Parkland. That’s because the site primarily culls its information from media sources, and the vast majority of these incidents don’t make the news. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which gets its mortality data from death certificates, 1,003 people aged 18 and younger died by gun suicide in 2018, the last year for which data is available.
