Well we can all agree JSerra will be a tough out in the first round. And I guess were assuming they lose and MV/Oaks and everyone ahead of them wins out.
But wait, now they’re going on the road, even at 8-2? But the seeds are strictly based on rankings? Ok ... Well, is JSerra going to drop down to 9 or lower in rank with a loss to MD then?
And which league champ is going to be ranked/seeded higher than JSerra to cause them to have to play on the road 1st rd? Or is that a 3rd place penalty too, being forced to play on the road even if you’re one of the top teams in the division and entire state?
I guess technically, theoretically, a 5-5 league champ would be slotted ahead of and therefore host an 8-2 third place Trinity team, just because of being a league champ? Maybe that’s happened recently and I’m forgetting (I’m sure someone can cite).
