You agree that OC Connect will not be held liable to you or any third party for any such removal or termination.

You acknowledge and agree that OC Connect may establish general practices limiting the number of days that messages are displayed on message boards or stored on its servers. You further acknowledge that OC Connect may modify, suspend or discontinue its service or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. Material presented on OC Connect may be viewed or downloaded for personal use only. No material appearing on OC Connect may be duplicated or copied for resale or other commercial gain without the express permission of OC Connect management.

You agree that any transactions, correspondence or other dealings with any advertisers, sponsors or persons or businesses listed on or found through the pages of OC Connect are conducted at your own risk between you and those entities without the knowledge of OC Connect. Any advertisement for products or services or any link to any business on any part of OC Connect does not constitute an endorsement or warranty of fitness for service of those businesses or their products or services. You agree that OC Connect will not be held liable for any losses or damages caused by any dealings with such persons or businesses.

Because OC Connect can not control the content of the sites it links to, it is in no way responsible for such content or any damages or losses caused by it.
